Creativity Day Workshops

Energizing, Inspiring, and Revitalizing

Creativity Day provides a wide variety of options to fit a range of interests—dancing, singing, writing, mindfulness training, and so much more. What a way to start off a professional, clinical conference! Whatever your goal is during Creativity Day—energize for the days (or year) ahead, try something new, get your creative juices flowing, take a day to just enjoy and take care of yourself—I hope you were able to meet your goals and more.

Today, I participated in Molly Layton’s “Writing a Life” memoir writing workshop, and loved every minute of it. We discussed memoirs, point of view, memories, scenes, and did a lot of reading and writing. It was a very spirited and open atmosphere in which nearly all the participants volunteered to read their pieces, which was really fun and inspirational.

For those who were able to attend Creativity Day this year, what workshops did you participate in and what did you get out of them? What was a really interesting moment for you? Share your experiences here.
